What to include
- Your account email or player identifier.
- The approximate date and time, including time zone.
- The experience, lobby, server, invoice, or package identifier involved.
- A concise description of what happened and what resolution you are requesting.
- Relevant screenshots or diagnostic reference IDs, with secrets and payment-card data removed.
Security reports
Do not publicly disclose an unpatched vulnerability or access another user’s data to prove an issue. Provide reproducible steps to safety@rustwiregospel.com. QuibCo will acknowledge a good-faith report as capacity permits.
